Had eye surgery, still have a few stitches in eye, white "spot" on color of my eye?? Help? - genteal eye drops

I had surgery on the eye muscles 4 weeks 3 days I was on a medical examination and has been removed from all the drops and put me into a lubricant for the eyes (GenTeal) because obviously I n 't enough fluid in me. . Cornea, I just started 4 days ago. I woke up this morning and have a white spot / patch on the color of the eyes, my eyes (blue, it's all blue, then you have a white dot. My daughter told me one thing seems a little too, but you do not look too closely seen. It is a bright white. In the last two days I had a lot of burning eyes, and was very drying.

Who knows what could that be?

The surgeon was not in the office today (it is) on Sunday, but I wonder if anyone knows what it is, or is good or bad, and all information would be useful.
