Looking at a home in Las Vegas and move to buy almost immediately after leaving school in April. I know almost nothing about how to buy a house.

1. Cause problems
I am currently in Pennsylvania. Is it possible for a house without having to buy physically present? I think I can publish a good idea to exchange photos. Are there people who can be hired me to check the integrity of the building and to ensure that it matches the description?
